Do you sell prints, or special limited editions of your work?
* No, I am only selling original and unique work.
No copy’s. No limited editions. My works are pure, original, and made with a lot of love.
I have some questions about a personalized gift. What information do you need?
* Animals, a portrait, or a memento—many things are possible. Contact me by email. Tell me your wishes, and I’ll tell you the options. Even if you want to have something made but aren’t sure what exactly, I can advise you and help you with a personal and special gift.
How long will it take before my order is ready for sending?
* It needs time to make a personalized order. Because of that, there is a minimum of 10 days. From start, we will inform you by email or Whats App how long it will take before your order is ready. Keep in mind that there may be a waiting list, for example in november and december because of Christmas. I will keep you informed of the development process, possibly supplemented with videos and photos.
Can you tell me more about your Shipping Policy?
* Your order will be send with The Spanish post company Correos and with a track & trace code. With Trach & Trace it is easy to check where your order is. After we delivered the package to the post office, I will send you the special code by mail or Whats App. The arrival time depends on the transport company, but will be normally 10 – 14 working days.
Attention: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. BazArt is not responsible for delays due to customs.
